Ahh, Monday, that dreary day most of us have come to see as a blight on that beautiful thing we call “a week”. From Office Space:

This morning, I woke up early to see if my creative juices would finally flow, since I had a bit of producer’s block throughout the weekend. Steak n Shake didn’t help on Saturday. An expensive Redbull Vodka at The Hard Rock Saturday night didn’t help either. And unfortunately, The Walking Dead Season 1 ended last week, so I couldn’t rely on that last night. Apparently, all I needed was a good night’s sleep and a strong breakfast–I woke up this morning and flipped a Cleo Lane soul sample into a disco-fried banger (I’ll release it once it’s finished; I have a good feeling that it will be WMC-friendly). Which brings me to the topic at hand…MONDAYS ARE FOR DISCO! I bought this tune Gotta Move (Original Mix) back in September but haven’t had a chance to squeeze it into my DJ sets. Nonetheless, it’s a good tune, sampling a very recognizable tune .
