Happy Valentine’s, guys!
Depending on how you feel about V-day, today might be one of your year’s favorites or one of your least. Personally, I’m ambivalent—it’s been years since I’ve been madly in love, but I’m really happy with where I am professionally and personally; my dedication to my dream, my pursuit of a House Music career, leaves me with little time to fancy love, but that doesn’t mean I don’t create love songs while I’m at it—which is exactly what I did late last year with Love (Disambiguation), a free 7-track concept EP about love (such a strange thing).
Though I released the EP merely two months ago, it feels (and sounds) like an eternity ago, since my production has greatly improved since November. Nonetheless, I had a lot of fun making this, and you’ll recognize some of the samples, rearranged to invoke in you a variety of sometimes-pleasing, sometimes-thought-provoking memories about the many sides of love.
