| What Is House Dancing? |

House Dancing is an upright, improvisational form of dance performed specifically to House Music. Its influences are many: the dancer is free to incorporate other styles and tell a story through the interplay between their dancing and the "feeling" they get from the music. Fellow Salt Lake City House Dancer Chacho Valdez describes House Dancing as "Freedom". Several different styles of House Dancing are shown on the right.
Classes, taught by Danny Dance, are held weekly every Tuesday at Urban Studios (Trolley Square) in Salt Lake City, and monthly at Park City Yoga Studio (coming soon). Click here for dates and times!
